		<description>8 or 9 sounds right, think of furnature placement, pictures and places you really need to see doorways etc.  You would not want to nap on the couch and get a can light in the face etc., nor a glare on that new Big Screen.  Light where the windows are replaces daylight that would normally be,   A nice light on a seperate control for a reading chair and a dimmer will do wonders.    Set lights temporary and view them to be sure you only have to set them once. Good Luck</description>

		<description>I think that sound like too many but don&#039;t know the actual layout of your wall, what room you are doing, so that might be just fine....don&#039;t put them in front of windows or doors, and don&#039;t put one over your TV..and space them out evenly...I have more in my kitchen than in the great room..you need more lighting in the kitchen than in a livingroom.</description>
