There are blue tubes in the shops but I forget what they are called,but they are much better. They are called "Marina" and I got mine from Pets at Home - very cheap. You can attached 4 lights to the hub as well, so lots of choice as to where to put your lights... You can also get blue, white, green or red in the Marina style... They look very cool, and my fish seem to like the blue light.. Hope this helps!
